5G Network to be Launched in Austin by AT&T
As we all know that 5G wireless is available. The AT&T has launched its pre-standard 5G network and according to its promise now starting from specific areas in Austin. So, you can get speeds that would leave behind the LTE if you have a Galaxy S8 or S8 Plus. You will receive expected download speed twice from the carrier. The company has planned Indianapolis for its next place in the summer and there might be more than 20 areas to be covered by the end of 2017 including San Francisco, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Nashville, Boston and Chicago. If you don’t like Samsung hardware, you will find various other carrier supported devices in getting benefits of this new network.
The launch of 5G wireless will offer you some boasting rights if you are a former or older smart-phone user. It was said earlier that the wireless industry is still releasing details of 5G network. So, you will not be able to get Real 5G until implementation of its standard. It might change the performance and compatibility with former virtual-5G devices. It doesn’t mean that you Samsung S8 will drop 5G available speeds after the implementation of new standard, but it will not offer the entire support. It is important that AT&T is now launching its 5G network at its first priority. The company needs to one-up 5G plans of Verizon and showing its move ahead of the game and it would be just a matter of few months.
