U.S Army Corps Declared Deadline of 5 December for Protestors to Leave Dakota Access Pipeline Camps

The Armed troops of Engineers are moving back with their deadline of 5^th December 2016 for moving the camp from its current location. It was happened just after a final warning for protesters positioned at the site of the Dakota Access Pipeline in the North Dakota. The armed troops announced on 26^th November 2016 (just after the holiday of “Thanksgiving day”) that a large number of demonstrators were gathered at the campsite in Cannon Ball, North Dakota. They should immediately leave the camp otherwise they will be arrested. The demonstration site is on the land occupied by the Army Troops. It is important that protestors will be shifted to a “Free Speech Zone” at the south of the current site. The chairman of the tribe Dave Archambault II said that the tribe protestors will stand on its own ground.

He further added in a press statement that the U.S President Barak Obama should stop construction of pipeline on their home land. The Armed Troops announced in a media statement on 27^th November 2016 that there is not such forceful plan to remove the protestors or water protectors. The Armed Troops are looking a peaceful and safer location for demonstrators. Point to be noted that at least two thousand U.S military veterans has announced that they are working hard to protect the camp on its current location. A U.S Marine Corps veteran & former police officer of Baltimore Michael A. Wood said that there is an intensive situation on the site because the demonstration organizers have increased number of participants and they are now more than 2,200 at the camp site.
