Trump again stressed the Media is Enemy of the People

The U.S President Trump discussed his trip to Pittsburgh in a long interview with Fox News host Laura Ingraham. He recently made attacks on the media about his planning to do with asylum seekers at the southern border and the Florida gubernatorial race. On Monday night, Trump informed Ingraham on “The Ingraham Angle” that why he was going to Pittsburgh after 11 people were killed in a mass shooting at a synagogue on October 27.

He said, “I’m just going to pay my respects. I’m also going to the hospital to see the officers and some of the people that were so badly hurt”. He added that he would have done it even sooner, but he didn’t need to disrupt anymore than they already had disruption. Since the shooting and a series of bombs sent to prominent Democrats through the U.S mail, the president has faced an onslaught of criticism over the aggressive tone he takes toward the media when he tweets.

Trump complained that some of the media linked him with the mail bombs. He said, “I was in the headline of the Washington Post, my name linked with this crazy bomber, Trump bomber or something. But I was in the headline when they got him. They didn’t say bomber found, they talked about Trump in the headline. Now they didn’t do that with Bernie Sanders when he had. They didn’t do that with the Democrats when other people came at and they didn’t do that with President Obama with the church. There was a horrible situation with the church. They put my name in the headlines. It’s the fact when I say “enemy of the people” I’m talking about the fake news and it is fake”.
