The website “Winning Democrats” published an article on 12th March 2016 indicating that the Kentucky State passed a bill for legalizing perception against different sex-couples. This story mentioned the Senate Bill 180, and this bill was presented in the Senate of Kentucky State on 18th February 2016. The website mentioned regarding the allowance of perception against mixed-race or multicultural couples. Most of the readers assumed that Kentucky State made the decision against the marriage among those who have different national identity. It is important that this bill didn’t mention about preventing the marriage among mixed-race couples. It is supposed that this bill will expand the Religious Freedom Restoration Act 2013.
This Act explains that businesses will not be punished due to violation of local ordinances that perception based preventing on gender identity or sexual discrimination and based according to religious beliefs. The Kentucky official lawmaking official said about law SB180 that includes three pages of the bill, but this bill didn’t mention about interracial couples. A number of similar versions are being circulated regarding this claim and a website “Progress Kentucky” published an article on 3rd March 2016 by presenting a clarification about misleading headline and said that SB180 was presented as a bill in order to allow business to present their religious beliefs for a solid reason to lawfully discriminate against the same sex-marriage, but some readers assumed banned for mixed-race marriage.
