On 1st September 2015, a website ‘Stop Hate Crimes’ published a news in its post with a title ‘DC Harley Davidson Dealership Sponsoring Nation of Islam Rally’. This article also indicated that the Harley Davidson Dealership from Washington DC has been planning to sponsor a rally arranged by Louis Farrakhan for Nation of Islam and named this rally as ‘Justice or Else’. This rally will take place on 10th October 2015. This event published on the Davidson’s website without any kind explanation.  On 3rd September 2015, Harley Davidson also updated its status on Facebook with clarifying two things that ‘rally was not planned for any business purpose’ and ‘secondly they were agreed to permit bikers for participation to reach at their predefined location before starting rally, but cancelled the permission.

The official website of Harley Davidson Dealership pointed out a rally for Black motorcyclists to participate the NOI rally. It is also said that Louis Farrakhan has planned to organize a rally to motivate Black bikers and named this rally as Ride for Justice. It is important that a Black man named Anderson Morgan is the General Manager of dealership. On 30th July 2015, the Nations of Islam arranged a nationwide conference to motivate Black bikers; Morgan also delivered its speech in that conference. The Afro Dogs (national black motorcycle club) also invited all its members to participate in the conference. When we made a contact with Harley Davidson in Washington DC, to find out about this news, then he replied on the phone that most of the news is considered as fake.
