Amazon Plans to Purchase One Medical Healthcare Provider for $3.9 Billion
Two major achievements of Amazon’s history were considered Whole Foods at $13.7 billion and MGM at $8.45 billion. However, One Medical, with a $3.9 billion buyout, is expected to become the 3rd acquisition on that list. It is still unconfirmed whether it will reside as an independent firm or integration into the broader healthcare approach of Amazon. The cloud and e-commerce services giant Amazon is making various opportunities in the field under its own momentum. It includes constructing a demanding healthcare services platform and launching an online pharmacy.
