Announcement of Trump about Presidential Campaign 2020
On Tuesday, the U.S President Donald Trump said that there are just 980 days remaining for the next U.S Presidential Election and he will again run in 2020. A number of White House advisers said that Trump’s announcement is just due to the President might step up his favorite and missed activities in gathering a massive number of crowds. It indicates a continuous and permanent campaign of a president as he took office just a year ago. He clearly showed his interest as 2nd-time U.S President and keeping holding campaign as rallies-style. It is important that the U.S President Trump officially submitted for re-election on 20th Jan 2017 with the Federal Election Commission, right on the day of his inauguration. The current statement from Trump might end controversy among allies and oppositions.
Point to be noted that the U.S president Trump has experienced a number of personal scandals and his 2016 presidential campaign is still under investigation of FBI due to alleged possible links with Russia. So, most Americans believed that Trump will not run for re-election. The other part of Trump’s announcement showed a more complicated political manipulation on behalf of the family of U.S President Trump, especially his son-in-law Jared Kushner. He said in his announcement that his 2016 campaign digital director, Brad Parscale would be more preferred personality as campaign manager. It is important that Kushner was too close to Parscale during the presidential campaign 2016.
