Can Vitamin B12 in Marmite Reduce Premature Ejaculation?
The journal Andrologica published a study of a team of researchers in the month of September 2016 and indicated that the study has mentioned Vitamin B12 concentrations in the blood were considerably less in the patients of PE compared to the people without PE. The vitamin B12 levels organized positively with Intra-vaginal Ejaculation Latency Time (IELT) values and pertaining to negatively with Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool (PEDT) level. The demonstration of the work indicated that plasma vitamin B12 levels in PE patients has shown an increasing level for degrading the severity of PE. The Daily Mail also published the study as advancement to pro-Marmite agenda and indicated that the Marmite sale may be boosted after the discovery of scientists due to it contains a secret for making men perfect in the bedroom.
New study mentioned that a perfect diet in daily usage of vitamin B12 can fight against premature ejaculation. This problem normally existed in one of four men and Marmite has been considered one of the perfect sources in getting vitamins along with meat, eggs, fish and strengthened breakfast items. Their study may be perfect and reasonable, but it was concluded on the untested examinations and indicated that an increase in vitamin B12 can reduce premature ejaculation. The claim of Daily Mail also made on the assumption that entire PE was caused by the same factor, but it was not supported by the current modern research. Point to be noted that it is true that Marmite is armored with vitamin B12 and contains 25 percent of the recommended intake for daily vitamin.
