County Chief Admitted for Incorrectly Adding Robert Lewis Dear as ‘Female’

A website Gateway Pundit published an article about Robert Lewis Dear on 28 November 2015 indicating a man charged for opening fire at a planned parenthood and how he presented himself as a woman on the registration list of voters. It is important that the Gateway Pundit only described that Dear was found registered as a woman on the registration of voters (including a document as proof). Most of the social media websites shared this story on a large scale and identified the Dear as ‘cross gender’. Though it is true that gender of Dear was marked as Female on the registration of voters list, but he is not woman by birth.

Ryan, EI Paso the Chief of County deputy clerk further explained that one of the clerks in our department incorrectly entered his gender as Female but it is under process to fix this specific mistake. He added that his office incorrectly entered the name of Dear as Female in the gender option in the month of October 2014 and we are trying to fix it. It is important that office of the deputy clerk normally processes over 5 million transactions in a year. So, this kind of mistake is expected but we are processing and it will be correct very soon. One of our employee accidently clicked on Female option, but it will be resolved.
