Fox News hosted Eric Trump in a program “Fox & Friends”
The Son of Republican candidate for the U.S presidential Election 2016 Donald Trump, Eric Trump was invited on 22nd August 2016 as a guest on the Fox News program “Fox and Friends”. He delivered his words and said that wages for American workers have been inactive for the last 15 years and this motionless scenario caused by immigrants and Syrian refugees. He said about the decision of his father for visiting in the affected areas of Louisiana destroyed by terrible flooding. He also criticized the current U.S President Barak Obama that he is on vacation and playing golf during the disastrous situation in a major State. He confirmed that his father has the priority for American citizens.
The Economic Policy Institute issued a research study; it indicates that lack of progress in the wages has been a major issue since 1970. On 6th January 2015, an EPI paper published that lack of progress in the wages is not linked to immigration, but it is associated with income discrimination. The figures indicated that worker productivity improved after 1973 and the wages for top 1% income earners increased by 138%. Eric said that a large number of people have entered in the United States after starting Syrian civil war in 2011. At the same time, large number of immigration to the United States generated critical situation in the country. It is important that questioning on refugees from Middle Eastern countries and immigration have become major points for the campaign of Donald Trump.
