US President Donald Trump’s rival Joe Biden has claimed that Kamala Harris would take over as the First Women US President. He delivered his words in a speech that appeared to pushover some Republicans. Biden also spoke to his supporters in Atlanta, Georgia, and delivered his closing campaign message before Election Day. It is traditionally a Republican state but Democrats believe Biden will win the state on 3rd November 2020. He started his address with a well-used introduction and said, “My name is Joe Biden and I’m Jill Biden’s husband, and I am Kamala’s running mate. You think I’m kidding, don’t you”. Point to be noted that Trump’s harsh steps against the Muslim community might push them to vote for Biden in the 2020 Election.
Republicans appeared unconscious to the retort against President Trump. They informed Sean Hannity in a recent appearance that Harris would assume the presidency within 3 months. The White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany went on Twitter with sharing an edited video clip on Biden’s speech and said, “Joe Biden confirms what we all knew”. She also pointed to the words ‘Kamala’ that were seen on a backdrop behind Democratic nominee Joe Biden, and suggested that was suspicious, in spite of the signage reading: “Joe and Kamala”. A former producer at Fox News, Kyle Becker said, “Voters might want to brush up on the most socialist senator from California, Kamala Harris, before casting their votes for her running mate Joe Biden”.
It is noteworthy that President Trump has spent months attempting to paint his rival Joe Biden in an appeal to Republican voters as docile and susceptible to progressive Democrat control. Trump continues to trail the Democrat in national opinion polls, in spite of those claims. However, some states like Georgia have become key battlegrounds for both parties. Biden delivered a speech in front of his supporters in the state of Georgia. Point to be noted that Kamala Harris will become the first female US Vice President if Biden does win the 3rd November election. She will also be the first of the Black and South Asian traditions.
