Massive Earthquakes Expected in March 2017 in the United States

A Dutch predictor has mentioned himself as an earthquake “monomaniac” and claimed that the United States and many other countries in the world at risk for experiencing massive earthquakes between 24th February and 8th March 2017 due to a series of planetary arrangements. The Dutch predictor (Frank Hoogerbeets) had released his predictions on his YouTube channel on 19th February 2017. He indicated that an earthquake measured at 8.0 on the Richter scale would probably hit between 4 and 8 March 2017 at the western U.S coasts and mentioned it as a “Coastal Event”. He also predicted that Peru, Chile, Philippines and Indonesia are at a massive risk for experiencing major earthquakes during the above mentioned time period. Point to be noted that the USGS (U.S Geological Survey) also reported some earthquakes in Indonesia, Peru and some Chilean coast areas.

But, any kind of damages weren’t reported from those earthquakes. The USGS also pointed out that specifically Indonesia is at massively seismic zone. It was also confirmed by the USGS that any scientist doesn’t have the ability to predict earthquake in a specific amount of time, but scientists are using some advanced devices to calculate the expected tremors in the future. A geophysicist from USGS, Andrew Michael has called it as alignment-based predictions. A former professor of geology at San Diego State University, Pat Abbott said that prediction-based theory is bound to “Hit” by focusing the specific areas where tectonic plates change under one another and this phenomenon is called “Subduction”. It is important that a Facebook page linked to YouTube channel of Hoogerbeets mentioned him as being “an active in the areas of geometry & numerical vibrations, since 1984”.
