A Facebook user ‘Paige Yore’ published a video on 4th December 2015 in which the user mentioned an interaction with a young Wal-Mart employee. The mother of this young employee committed suicide early in the morning. Paige Yore described in this clip that a 16 years old Wal-Mart employee was struggling to finalize the tasks of basic transactions. She further added that she interfered to defend the young employee when another customer criticized him. At that stage the young employee broke his calmness and said that his mother committed suicide early in the morning. The Facebook user ‘Paige Yore’ further added that she was inside the store and waiting in line for more than 20 minutes when she realized that young employee cashier is facing a hard time.
As the other customers, she was also angered but suddenly a female customer came forward and started shouting at the young employee cashier. Female customer said, ‘You suck at customer service. I don’t understand who hired you here’. Yore offered her help to that female customer to carry her shopping bags so that she could let her out of store. This incident happened when the female customer attempted to pay for her shopping, but her credit card rejected. Yore said that female customer was not at right because it was not the fault of young cashier. Of course, that young employee cashier was having a very bad day; the young cashier suddenly stopped working and started crying. He said to Yore that his mother attempted suicide this morning but I had to work to pay bills and rent.
