Obama Didn’t Salute a Maine and the Pilot Rejected to Let Onboard the U.S President
A number of news outlets including CNN and ABC News published similar articles by adding a video showing “Marine One”, which is considered a specific sign of any aircraft of U.S Marine Troops carrying the U.S President. The “Marine One” is normally used for a specific helicopter to transport the U.S President at the landing and takeoff sites of special aircraft named “Air Force One”. The Marine One is also being used for a short trip of U.S President on such places where the landing facilities and not available or lack of facility for “Air Force One”. A photograph also published on most of the media news outlets on 24th May 2013 and showing that the U.S President Barak Obama was boarding “Marine One” for Annapolis, Maryland. Those media outlets indicated that Marine One has taken care on the ground by at least one full dress uniform Marine.
The video clip showed that the U.S President was climbing on the steps of Marine One, but made no attention to the nearby Marine guard. The Marine saluted the U.S President but he didn’t acknowledge the Marine before boarding on Marine One. Those media news outlets indicated that the U.S President forgot to salute the U.S Marine in order to address him. This news was circulated online during the past several months and shared by a large number of social media users. Those claims published without any specific information regarding the incident. Originally, there is no such regulation specified that the U.S President is bound to salute any of the U.S military personnel. Because, the U.S President is a civilian and the Commander-in-Chief of the U.S armed forces. Point to be noted that the current and former U.S Presidents have carried out salutes time to time on many special occasions.
