A federal appeals court ruled last week to keep a stay on the travel ban of the U.S President Trump. a number of individuals and organizations opposed the executive order of Trump for banning travelers and refugees from 7 countries. The ban was also opposed by the technology industry leaders including Facebook and Google. The U.S President managed a press conference and said that “The new executive order will meet the legal pitfalls caused pausing the first travel ban”.
He added that “The new executive order will be modified according to my consideration regarding the decision. But, we can tailor the order to that decision in getting about everything in various ways and we are now tailoring it to the decision”. The executive order of 27th January 2017 imposed a ban of 90 days on travelers from 7 Muslim-majority countries and halted refugees for 120-days from entering in the United States. This executive order also imposed a permanent ban on receiving refugees from Syria. This ban rapidly generated confused results and the entire world experienced protests at airports.
