On Thursday, deputies from the Sheriff Office of Broward arrested a 20-years old person Dieuson Octave, famous as Kodak Black. Records have indicated that he will face charges of grand theft of a firearm, holding marijuana, child abuse, 2 counts of weapon holding by felony and 2 counts of test period violation. Octave has more than 5 million followers on Instagram and continuously sharing pictures and videos of his son. He was arrested and sentenced to the Broward County Main Jain in Fort Lauderdale Friday. He published a live video on his Instagram account including audio argument regarding whether or not he needed to turn on his cell phone to authorities. One can clearly listen to this story video and it went viral rapidly and duplicated on social media.
He said in audio argument that “Your phone is part of this search warrant. You aren’t going to get your phone back”. He published his last post on Wednesday to his 1.7 million followers on Twitter. Point to be noted that Octave has a criminal background in his history, including a dangerous mixture of anger, excitement, guns, and marijuana. He was arrested in 2015 in Pompano Beach due to robbery, battery, and 2 counts of the illegal captivity of a child under 13-years of age. He was also charged with 3 counts of unlawful custody of an adult, owning marijuana, and driving with an expired license. He was arrested in Broward County 2 times in 2016. The 1st arrest was in April for owning a weapon by a convicted felon, holding marijuana, and escape from police officers. The 2nd arrest was in August due to armed robbery and illegal imprisonment.
