A jury will continue consulting a decision in the tense trial of a man charged with kidnapping and desperately killing Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo. The independent panel of 12 people has started considering physical evidence and witness demonstration on Thursday in the trial of Zachary Adams in Savannah, Tennessee. They consulted more than 3 hours and will continue on Friday morning, and it will be the 11th day of trial. Point to be noted that Adams has appealed for not convicting kidnapping, raping and killing of Bobo. She was 20-years of age and disappeared on 13th April 2011 when she was walking into the woods behind her family house with an unidentified person wearing hoods. Her remains were discovered after 3 years near her home in Parsons.

The Judge C. Creed McGinley shifted the trial to Hardin County in search of a fair-minded jury. The disappearance of Bobo sparked a massive search in the fields, barns, and woods of western Tennessee and this case got national attention. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has indicated that this investigation has been considered most expensive and exhaustive in the history of the agency. 2 other persons, John Dylan Adams (brother of Zachary Adams) and Jason Autry were also charged with abducting, raping and killing of Bobo. Autry was on the list of witnesses and he was offered an exemption in the case as testified during the trial. Autry had indicated that Adams used graphic details when he said that he, his brother and a friend Shayne Austin raped Bobo in the barn of Austin’s grandmother.
