The U.S President Donald Trump has begun a new war against social media and attacked 2-cable news outlets. Both these news outlets are known for their continuous critical coverage against the White House. Recent Tweets of Trump were indicating negative coverage which has become a standard operating process under his administration. But, his tweets were suggesting the firing of presidents of MSNBC and CNN as a new bar that Trump had to overweight. Trump started another attack against cable news outlet CNN. But his latest tweet initiated a personal attack at the president of CNN Jeff Zucker. The U.S President suggested that AT&T fire Zucker save credibility. Point to be noted that most of the primetime programming of CNN and MSNBC has taken a severe look at the White House.

It is important that MSNBC is taking joy in terrific ratings under the Trump administration, but long-time journalistic tradition is speaking truth to power. MSNBC has been considered the top-rated cable news network in primetime. The attitude of Trump towards CNN has endured for some time. But, his recent irritation is almost specifically focused on recent reports. The lawyer of Michael Cohen, Lanny Davis admitted that he hasn’t been truthful as an unidentified source in a report of CNN regarding Donald Trump knowing about the Trump Tower meeting. But, CNN is on its feet with the report by mentioning other confirmed sources. The U.S President has been considered the most powerful position in the world as the commander-in-chief for using his power suggesting the firing of Lack and Zucker.
